Man I love that!  Here is my Mark 3 Arc Reactor.  This is the second time I've tried to build a Mark 3 so I guess its my Mark 2 Mark 3.  This time around I 3D printed most of the components on the Makerbot 2 rather than laser cutting them and gluing.   The 3D files I build provided some pretty great upgrades.  Each LED has slot to sit in, the material provides a much more even glow and I was able to build mounting plates for magnets so I can sandwich my shirt between the arc reactor and the back plate; rather than holding up with a strap.

ironman t shirt-first look

Working on a Ironman T-Shirt for Andrea to wear.  Here's a look at the concept sketch.

rapunzel running dress

 For this years Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon I made Andrea a running dress based on Rapunzel's dress. The entire dress is made from breathable sport fabric, features reflective piping down the front, and has a back pocket for energy gel.  After the race we even got to meet Andrea's "twin", the real Rapunzel.

captain america tank top

Last year I made Andrea a Captain America Tank Top based on my CA suit.  It's made from athletic fabric so it's got a nice meshy look to it.  This tank top has been perfect for Avenger's premieres, 4th of July, and a whole bunch of other events.
